Do you come to my home or workplace?
Mobile service is available by arrangement. Share your location and parking setup. For workplaces, storage facilities, marinas, and other managed sites, access and permission need to be confirmed.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Ask when requesting your quote. J&K confirms utility needs and suitable working space for your particular job before the visit.
Can you remove every stain or scratch?
Results depend on the material and condition. Mention stains, pet hair, odors, scratches, or other concerns so J&K can discuss suitable work and realistic expectations.
Can I arrange regular care or more than one vehicle?
Yes - ask about maintenance visits or multiple vehicles at one location. Scope, availability, and pricing are agreed with J&K; no automatic discount or subscription is assumed.
